The purpose of this guide is to elaborate on the data portion (Sections B and C) of the Codman Award application, and to provide suggestions and examples of data tools and types of data that can be used to illustrate initiatives. The suggestions and examples of tools in this guide are not the only ways to respond to the questions in the application; these are just suggestions and examples. A data checklist is provided at the end of this guide.
